Field Employee Positions

Green Helper - Helper with one year or less experience. He should be able to do routine installations. (This time could be shorter for some men.)

Experienced Helper - Helper with more than a year’s experience. Must have complete tool kit from the manual and demonstrate progress in skills set.

Electrician - Electrician with at least 3 years experience. (This time could be shorter for some men.) Should have a complete tool kit from Manual for electrician. Can work several men on a specific task for a short period of time unsupervised.

Lead Electrician - Electrician who can take on a specified part of a project, (building a service, or rough-in this area) with very little direction. He can work several men, plan his work and organize his materials for specified task. He should be able to work unsupervised for at least one day at a time.

Project Manager - Electrician who can run a Project, plan his work, and organize his men and materials with minimal interaction with the Operations Manager.
